Our 30-Day Policy
New, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. We provide a free prepaid return label, and there are no restocking fees. Some manufacturer items and consumables may have specific restrictions — our team will confirm eligibility when you request your return.
Exchanges:prefer to swap for a different model or size instead of a refund? We accept exchanges on new, unused items within the same 30-day window — just note the item you'd like instead on your return request and we'll arrange it.
