How fast does my order ship?

In-stock parcel orders leave our warehouse within one to two business days. Most of the East Coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic see delivery in two to four business days. Larger items (engine drives, welding tables, full plasma kits) ship freight and add a day or two. Free shipping kicks in on orders over $150; below that, the cart calculates a flat rate by ZIP at checkout.

Are the welders and plasma cutters covered by manufacturer warranty?

Yes. We're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry — Miller, Lincoln, Hypertherm, ESAB, Fronius, Optrel, Black Stallion, Victor, Thermal Dynamics, Metabo, CK Worldwide, and more. Machines ship brand-new and the factory warranty starts from your purchase date. Coverage varies by model (three years on most Miller and Lincoln welders, longer on flagship inverters).

Can I return a welder if it isn't right for the job?

Unused items in original packaging are returnable within 30 days of delivery. Used welders, opened consumables, and a few manufacturer-restricted items have specific rules — message us before you ship anything back and we'll confirm eligibility, send a prepaid label if applicable, and process the refund as soon as it lands.

Will the welder I want work on a standard 110V outlet?

It depends on the machine. Many of our dual-voltage welders (Multimatic 220, POWER MIG 215 MPi, Rebel EMP 215ic) run on either 120V or 240V. On 120V you'll have reduced max output — fine for sheet up to about 1/8-inch steel; for 1/4-inch and up, plug into a 240V outlet to get full machine performance. Each product page lists the input voltage range.

Do you sell to businesses on net terms?

Yes — net-30 commercial accounts are available for established shops, fabricators, and contractors with reasonable trade references. Account customers get tiered pricing on consumables, recurring shipping addresses on file, and a direct line to a dedicated account rep. Send us your business name, EIN, and trade references to start.

How do I track an order I've already placed?

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment the order leaves our warehouse. Larger freight shipments add a carrier-direct phone notification when they're scheduled for delivery. If you don't see the email or want a real-time update, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll pull it up.

What does 'Authorized Dealer' actually mean?

It means the manufacturer has registered us as a legitimate distribution channel for their products. Every machine we sell goes through that channel, which gives you three things: a brand-new unit (no gray-market or refurbished resells), the full factory warranty registered to your purchase, and direct support from the manufacturer's service network when needed. Buying outside an authorized channel often voids the warranty.

Can I get help choosing the right welder?

Yes — that's literally what our sales staff is here for. Message us on WhatsApp or call with what you're trying to weld (material, thickness, indoor or outdoor) and we'll recommend a specific machine in your budget. We won't upsell — half the time the answer is a smaller, cheaper machine than what someone walks in asking for.
