About Furick Cup

Furick Cup specializes in one thing: ceramic gas lens cups for TIG welding that flow shielding gas dramatically more evenly than a stock alumina nozzle. The result is wider, cleaner heat-affected zones on stainless, brighter color on titanium, and tolerant gas coverage even with longer tungsten stick-out.

The BBW (Big Black Whale) and Fupa lines are the most-asked-for cups — 3/4-inch outlets on the BBW, smaller diameters on the Fupa series for tighter work. Each cup is paired with a matching gas lens collet body and diffuser, and they fit standard 17/18/26-series air-cooled torches.

We carry the BBW kit, Fupa cups, Jazzy back caps, and replacement diffusers as a complete TIG-upgrade ecosystem. Welders chasing clean stainless or titanium results upgrade to these and never go back to OEM cups.

If you only weld mild steel TIG occasionally, the stock alumina cup is fine. If you weld stainless or titanium with any regularity, or if you struggle with discolored heat-affected zones, a Furick BBW kit pays for itself in cleaner welds and less post-weld cleanup the first weekend.
